Refund Policy
RETURNS
Return must be received by us within 30 days of the original ship date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
REFUNDS
To assist in the process, we can send you a return label for a cost of $35 USD which will be deducted from your refund.
Should you choose your own shipping methods, please note that your shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to use your own shipping method, if your package generates custom taxes upon return to Colombia, these costs will also be deducted from your refund.
We will send you a notification once we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Should the package be unable to be delivered due to package refusal, refusing to pay custom fees, or wrong addresses, custom fees generated back into Colombia, all shipping costs incurred including return shipping and any additional DHL fees will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
Items can only be replaced if they are defective. If you need to exchange an order, send me an email at info@oroshandmade.com and send your item to: Oros Handmade, Cl. 145 #91-19 Local 8 – 112, Bogota, Colombia.
SHIPPING
Our products are shipped within 1-3 Days using DHL. All orders can be tracked through the courier’s platform once it leaves Colombia. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Oros Handmade, Cl. 145 #91-19 Local 8 – 112, Bogota, Colombia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
